Located in the heart of Son Tra district’s tourism and service area in Da Nang, just 500 meters from My Khe Beach, M92 Boutique is a modern 4-star hotel designed and completed by the AVA Architects team. The project not only emphasizes aesthetics but also prioritizes the connection between people and the natural environment, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests. The project was proudly awarded the Bronze Prize at the 16th National Architecture Awards (2024–2025). This prestigious national award affirms the project’s contribution to contemporary Vietnamese architecture, especially in harmonizing urban living with ecological values.

The building’s facade features prominent box-shaped forms in contrasting black and gold tones, creating a bold visual contrast. These forms are delicately stacked to optimize both views and natural light for the interior. The main facade faces West and Southwest, so the functional spaces are designed not only to ensure natural ventilation but also to reduce direct sunlight, keeping the spaces cool and pleasant.

The AVA Architects team paid particular attention to light and airflow throughout the design process of M92 Boutique. Every space was created to encourage interaction between people and nature.

Skylights are strategically positioned to allow natural light to filter down from the roof to the lower levels, creating a harmonious connection between space and time. Moments of transition between day and night are preserved in every corner of the hotel. The vertical open spaces enhance visual depth while ensuring ventilation and seamless connection across different floors.

Corridors connecting the rooms and apartments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-ventilated, thanks to the use of natural wind. Designed like interwoven foliage, these corridors provide a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere as guests move through the building.

The hotel’s loggia also plays an important role in providing green, shaded areas that mitigate the tropical climate and enhance energy efficiency. The main lobby is highlighted by a CNC panel mimicking a tree trunk, not only shading the hallway but also filtering harsh sunlight from the West, creating a lively and comfortable atmosphere.

M92 Boutique consists of 5 floors and 21 rooms in total, featuring a variety of room types such as standard, studio, superior, deluxe, super deluxe, lady suite, and gentlemen suite. The hotel also offers supporting amenities like a reception area and parking lot. Additionally, M92 Boutique includes a mezzanine-level restaurant and a rooftop pool on the 5th floor, providing a complete experience for visitors.
