Strategically located, Bellerive is 6.1 km from the Chaozhou Assembly Hall and is bordered by four surrounding roads, with the poetic De Voong River to the east. Covering a spacious area of 8,700m², the resort enjoys the tropical humid climate characteristic of Hoi An Ancient Town.

Bellerive consists of two main blocks: a modern 6-storey hotel block with 175 rooms, and a cluster of quiet, luxurious villas featuring 2–3 bedrooms with private pools. The architectural concept is inspired by the simple imagery of fishing villages and rustic boats on the Hoai River, bringing guests closer to nature and Hoi An’s cultural essence.

Connecting people with nature was the guiding principle of the architectural team. Each area — from the reception lobby, lounge, guest accommodations, infinity pool, restaurant, conference space, spa to the recreational zones — is thoughtfully and harmoniously arranged, creating a unified whole. Each space is optimized not only for movement but also for encouraging interaction with the surrounding environment. Natural light is maximized, providing guests with comfort and relaxation.

The hotel block is oriented along the main traffic direction and set back to create a spacious buffer zone with scenic river views. Guest rooms are designed to maximize the surrounding landscape, offering a premium resort experience. To the south of the site are standalone villas, each with a private pool, providing guests with a peaceful and serene retreat. The infinity pool is centrally located with a stunning view over the De Voong River.

A key feature of the project is the greenery system and landscaped gardens between functional areas, creating a fresh and immersive natural environment. The roofs of the hotel and villas are inspired by the image of upturned fishing boats, deeply reflecting Hoi An’s cultural heritage.

In terms of materials, the architects selected sustainable choices suitable for the local climate, such as non-fired bricks and natural stone. Concrete combined with tempered glass is widely used to ensure durability and aesthetics. Interior finishes feature warm beige wood tones, creating a space that is both elegant and refined.

The lounge bar area is specially designed with a woven net-style ceiling, inspired by local fishing tools, evoking a rustic yet sophisticated and modern ambiance.
